Petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajnagar P.S.Case No.85 of 2010 for the offence under Sections 365, 366 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was granted bail on merit and due to lack of Pairvi since 24.09.2018, his bail bond was cancelled. He surrendered on 05.06.2020 and since then he is in custody. Considering the fact that the petitioner has granted bail on merit and the Pairvi of the case was regularly made from 2010 to 2018 and only after 24.09.2018, there was no Pairvi which led to cancellation of his bail bond. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27233 of 2020(2) dt.04-11-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-II, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S.Case No.85 of 2010 with the condition that the petitioner shall extend full co-operation in the conclusion of the trial.

However, the court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same positively within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this Order. In the event, the trial is not concluded as directed herein, the trial Court is required to furnish reason for non-conclusion of the trial before the Registrar (Vigilance), Patna High Court. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Registrar (Vigilance), Patna High Court for taking appropriate action in the matter.
