The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, at the very outset, submitted that the impugned order dated 19.07.2014 (Annexure-5) passed in Land Dispute Case No. 44 of 2014 by the respondent D.C.L.R., Rajgir, Nalanda under the provisions of The Bihar Land Dispute Resolutions Act, 2009 has, now, been set aside by the prescribed appellate authority i.e. the Divisional Commissioner, Patna in Appeal No. 557 of 2014 by order dated 11.03.2016.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
