JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-11-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for quashing of the order contained in Letter No.180 dated 12.10.2011 issued by the Secretary, Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru College, Marhowarah (an aided intermediate college), whereby the service of the petitioner has been terminated without following due procedure and in violation of principle of natural justice in malafide manner.

The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application for redressal of his grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Saran within a period of thirty days from the date of this order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory
