This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Sirdala (Meskar) P.S. Case No. 168 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner no. 2 is the sister of father-in-law of the deceased and petitioner no. 1 is husband of petitioner no. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that they have been implicated only because they are related to husband of the deceased. He has also submitted that the father-in-law and wife of the brother of the husband of the deceased have been allowed anticipatory bail by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43977 of 2017 (3) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 this Court vide order dated 07.12.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 56686 of 2017.

Considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest of surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V Nawada, in connection with Sirdala (Meskar) P.S. Case No. 168 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
