Though the present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 15.12.2017, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in Criminal Revision no. 258 of 2017, by which the learned Sessions Judge has refused to interfere with the order taking cognizance dated 09.05.2017, passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Complaint case no. 1329 of 2015, however, the learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits
