It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. Nos. 15230, 17978 and 18214 of 2009, reported in 2012 (1) PLJR 12.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the respondents are directed to examine the case of the petitioner in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in

Patna High Court CWJC No.15928 of 2010 (7) dt.07-12-2017 2/2 C.W.J.C. Nos. 15230, 17978 and 18214 of 2009, reported in 2012

(1) PLJR 12 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

If the case of the petitioner is found identical and the same benefit be extended to the petitioner in terms of Clause 4.C

(1) of the State Litigation Policy of the State of Bihar. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
