The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., the petitioner assaulted on the head of informant by means of iron rod.

The doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. There is case and counter case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
