The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of physical relation on the allurement of marriage is against co-accused Sonu Kumar.

Submission is that subsequently informant has married with Sonu Kumar.

Considering the fact that there is no allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51809 of 2016 (2) dt.20-12-2016 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan/Successor Court in connection with Basantpur Police Station Case No. 196 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
