This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 409 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused, Krishna Singh and others, have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, considering the entire merit of the case vide order, dated 06.07.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22336 of 2017, I do not find any reason to differ with the view of the learned coordinate Bench.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 65 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, or successor Court, subject to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36184 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
