Earlier the application of the anticipatory bail had been permitted to be withdrawn by the petitioner and now fresh application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner stating that there is no allegation of demand against the petitioner and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, as per harassment is concerned.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
In view of the fact that earlier also prayer for bail of the petitioner, after some argument, was permitted to be withdrawn, vide order dated 31.1.2017 passed in Cr. Misc.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24090 of 2018 (2) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 No.55246 of 2016, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
