JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-11-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 21.02.2011 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, West Champaran at Bettiah.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7018 of 2011 (3) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
