The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death. Petitioner is married sisterin-law (Jethani) of the deceased. It is submitted that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for dowry. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Petitioner is lady having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26383 of 2022(2) dt.20-09-2022 2/2 named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 26 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
