The petitioner has challenged the election of the Bihar State Bar Council held in the year 2018 before the Election Tribunal.
The grievance of the petitioner is that despite filing of such election petition before the Tribunal, the same has not yet been decided.
Since the matter is pending before the Tribunal, it would not be appropriate to entertain the present writ
Patna High Court CWJC No.8960 of 2019(2) dt.08-01-2020 2/2 petition. However, it is expected that the Tribunal shall dispose off the election petition as expeditiously as possible.
With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
