Rafiq Masih (White Washer) etc, reported in 2015(4) SCC 334. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, the respondents are directed to examine the case of the petitioners, in light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the aforesaid case and pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the
