Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 28 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 342, 323, 504, 506, 498A, 313 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 15.11.2022 this matter was sent to mediation center for settlement of the dispute between the parties. The mediation report has been received and is kept at Flag-B. Perusal of the report shows that the dispute between the parties have been amicably settled on the terms of settlement attached therewith. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
