The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30A/38A/41 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29129 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
