The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For a direction upon the respondents to allow the petitioner to complete the work of plan no. 08/2009-10 after revising the rate of tender for the remaining work which could not complete due to non-cooperation of departmental authorities."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievance, if any. Liberty so sought, is granted.
