2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 291 of 2023 dated 07.11.2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 332, 353, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution story, in short, is that while some personnel of electric department were disconnecting the electric meter in the premises of this petitioner due to dues of electric meter, the FIR named accused persons deadly attacked due to which Hari Kishore Ray became injured. The accused persons also snatched Rs. 34,580 from him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. He is aged about 68 years. It is submitted that dues amount of Rs. 18049/- has already been deposited. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Udakishunganj, District Madhepura in Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 291 of 2023 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

7. The application stands allowed.
