JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecution for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bairagania P.S. Case No. 160 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Anil Kumar learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the F.I.R. submits that on the allegation that the experience certificate submitted by the petitioner to gain employment as a teacher is forged and is being questioned on its genuineness that has resulted in the institution of the F.I.R. According to the petitioner there is nothing wrong in the certificate.

No.52888 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner namely, Renu Kumari in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairagania P.S. Case No. 160 of 2015 subject to the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
