2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 798 of 2021 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, when informant along with his driver was returning on his vehicle, in the meantime, this petitioner, along with other accused persons, stopped the vehicle of the informant for the purpose of checking by saying that they were from C.I.D., and on the point of arms, the accused persons snatched mobile phones, cash and ornaments.

4. Having considered the nature of accusation and the criminal antecedent of similar nature, this Court is not inclined

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31872 of 2024(3) dt.12-08-2024 2/2 to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
