This petitioner wants modification in order dated 14.07.2016 passed in Cr.Mis.No.28367 of 2016 by which he was granted bail in Madhepura (Parmanandpur) P.S.Case No.66 of 2016 pending in the Court of CJM, Madhepura with certain conditions and one of the conditions was that one of the bailors should the father of the petitioner.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that after three days of passing order dated 14.07.2016, the father of the petitioner unfortunately died and, therefore, petitioner is not in a position to fulfill the above stated condition. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this modification petition stands disposed of giving direction to the trial Court to accept the bail bonds of the petitioner ignoring the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46084 of 2016 (2) dt.21-10-2016 2/2 above stated condition if petitioner fulfills the rest conditions as imposed upon him by the order dated 14.07.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.28367 of 2016.
