In view of the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner, thought the present petition has been filed belatedly after a lapse of about 07 years, this Court is of the opinion that the interest of justice would be served, if the petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today and in case, such representation is filed within two weeks from today, the concerned authority shall

Patna High Court CWJC No.19956 of 2010 (2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 dispose of the same within a period of 12 weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
