2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 325 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner along with other coaccused persons assaulted daughter of informant with bricks.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of land dispute between both the parties, a simple occurrence of maarpeet took place between them. Petitioner is simply a victim of false implication due to previous enmity . Allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner. There

5 . Learned counsel for the State and informant oppose the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate IV Patna in connection with Gaurichak P.S. case No. 525 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
