Having regard to the nature of order passed by this Court in the connected writ application and especially operative portion of the order dated 18.1.2013 in C.W.J.C.No. 19778/2012 this Court does not find any error committed by the opposite parties in either passing an order of punishment or not obtaining leave from this Court. The order was very clear and according to this Court has been complied. If the petitioner has been adversely affected by any resultant order of punishment, the remedy for him is not by way of pursuing this contempt application but moving before the appropriate authority/ court against such order.
Patna High Court MJC No.2352 of 2014 (2) dt.06-07-2015 With the aforementioned observation and liberty, this application is disposed of.
