2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 206 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of the IPC.
3. As per allegation, all the named accused persons including the petitioner are said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the petitioner and the alleged victim were in love and affection and they have solemnized marriage. Three children are born out of their wedlock. The petitioner is a

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 206 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
