JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2018 The present petition has been filed for directing the respondents to pay the differential amount of salary on account of grant of benefits of first and second A.C.P. to the petitioner by the respondents vide letter dated 07.05.2007. The petitioner has further prayed for grant of difference of salary in accordance with the re-fixation of pay done by the respondents vide letter dated 25.07.2005.

In view of the nature of the prayer made by the petitioner, this Court deems it fit and appropriate to dispose of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17953 of 2010 (2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 present writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to ensure payment of the differential arrears of salary, if not already paid, within a period of four weeks, failing which, penal consequences shall fall on the respondent no.4.
