Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 287 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is involved in the killing of a boy aged about 15 years and the trial is in progress and one witness has already been examined.

In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
