For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Satrudhan Kumar For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Smt Renu Kumari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 08-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This application has been filed by the petitioner for cancelling the bail of opposite party No.2- Raja @ Raj Kumar Sharma granted by this Court vide order dated 18.04.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.7697 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relationship between the parties was cordial and there was an agreement between the parties that opposite party No.2 will provide an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- to the wife of the deceased, but the same has not been paid to her.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.914 of 2017 (3) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 In a case under Section 302/34 such a compromise has no value in the eye of law and the same cannot be a ground for the Court to exercise the jurisdiction for cancelling the bail of the opposite party No.2.

In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any merit in this application. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
