In the present writ petition several disputed questions of fact have been raised. Such disputed issues cannot be adjudicated in a writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1042 of 2013 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 the Constitution of India.
