The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 242 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he repeatedly stabbed Md. Afroz Ezaj.

It is submitted that the petitioner and the informant are friends. The case has already been compromised. The informant also supported the factum that both the parties have compromised the case but in view of the fact that the petitioner repeatedly stabbed the informant and all the three injuries i.e. sharp cut penetrating wounds were found on the back of Md. Afroz Ezaj

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41301 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and prays for regular bail, his prayer shall be considered on its own merit.
