Having regard to the fact that the direction given by this Court has been complied as would be apparent from perusal of the order of the Collector of Gaya district dated 11.1.2014 as communicated vide memo no. 314 dated 1.2.2014 (Annexure-A to the show-cause reply), this Court would not find any reason to initiate a proceeding of contempt only on the ground that such order of the Collector has not been correctly implemented by the subordinate authorities. If the petitioner, therefore, has any grievance with regard to non-implementation of the order of the Collector, she may approach the Collector for redressal of her
Patna High Court MJC No.5206 of 2013 (2) dt.22-01-2015 grievance.
The submission that such an application has already been filed before the Collector of Gaya district by the petitioner has to be only noted for the purpose of observation that if the Collector of the district had passed the order, it is for him to ensure that the same is correctly complied in letter and spirit by the subordinate authorities.
With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
