The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the allegation in the FIR is mainly directed against the petitioner for not accounting for the food grains and which is subject to the final outcome of the trial, let the petitioners, namely, (1) Om Prakash Yadav; and (2) Mohan Prasad Sah in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail upon each of them furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

No.53000 of 2015 (2) dt.17-12-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani and/or the court concerned in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S.
