2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections 323, 379, 420 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because he happens to be husband of vendee Samundra Devi. The entire transaction was made between the complainant and wife of this petitioner. Moreover, the dispute is purely of a civil nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No. 3289 of 2022, corresponding to Trial No. 1296 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
