Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rohtas P.S.Case No. 41 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 420, 406 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of making physical relationship with the informant on the plea of marrying her but later on he refused to marry.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that some development has taken place as petitioner and informant along with their eight months daughter are living happily. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23684 of 2018 (2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 circumstances, as discussed above, let petitioner surrender and make prayer for regular bail on which learned court below will call upon the informant and verify about the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and if it is found true learned court below will pass an appropriate order considering the same. With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
