In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is granted liberty in the event, the petitioner has any grievance unredressed, he shall approach the respondents by way of filing representation which shall be appropriately decided by the respondents by reasoned speaking order within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
