Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Spl Case No. 146/2022 arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 845 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2022 and he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28270 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 for bail.

There is recovery of 0.75gm of ganja from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the intermittent quantity of recovery and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Session Judge XVIII, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Special Case No. 146/2022 arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 845 of 2022.
