JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2018 The decision of the District Compassionate Appointment Committee dated 05.01.2010 is under challenge in the present writ petition.
Admittedly, as per Proposal No. 8, the petitioner has been found to have submitted application for appointment on compassionate ground after eight years of the death of his brother whereas the time limit provided for submitting such application is five years, hence the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground was rejected.
Patna High Court CWJC No.18439 of 2010 (2) dt.22-06-2018 2/2 So being the matter, no appointment on compassionate ground can be granted de hors the rules and regulations provided for in that regard.
In such view of the matter, there is no merit in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U
