This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Dinara Police Station Case No. 39 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner and no specific overt act is attributed to him. In fact, the petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion and no cogent material has come against the petitioner during course of investigation. Hence, the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
