The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 07/2020, G.R. No. 19/2020 instituted for the offence under Section 736 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act. Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to him for the present.

The prayer for bail is rejected.

However, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the
