1. The petitioner assails the action of the respondents in retiring him from service by wrongfully treated his Date of Birth as 05.02.1953, whereas his Date of Birth is 05.02.1965 and prays that he should be reinstated.
2. Counter affidavit has been filed. It has been pointed out that after the representation given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and it was found that the Date of Birth was erroneous in nature in the Duplicate Service Record. The Corrective measures were taken and the petitioner has been reinstated on the post, accepting his Date of Birth as 05.02.1965
Patna High Court CWJC No.20844 of 2013(2) dt.24-01-2023 2/2 and he is being allowed to work.
3. Keeping in view thereto, and satisfied that corrective measures have been taken. The claim of the petitioner has been redressed.
4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
