2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred a quashing application before this Court in which vide order dated 05.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.15075 of 2021, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court has already stayed the further proceedings in this case as such the petitioner has no apprehension of arrest and this application has become infructuous.
