The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Town P.S. case No. 140 of 2016 under Section 406, 420, 467, 468, 471,34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that petitioners executed sale deed with regard to one Katha and 10 dhurs of land but when the informant went to take possession of the land he came to know that the land belongs to one Chandan Roy son of Gopal Roy and the same was sold in favour of Smt Seema Srivastava. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the land belonged to the petitioners and they executed the sale deed. The name of vendors was also mutated. The petitioners did

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Town P.S.
