JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-04-2019 The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to pay appropriate amount of compensation against acquisition of his land for the purpose of construction of a canal. The description of the land finds place in paragraph 1 of the writ application.

The notification under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (in short 'the Act'), has not been brought on record to indicate that the land of the petitioner going to be acquired. Even if the petitioner's land is going to be

This application is, accordingly, disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the provisions of Section 64 of the Act, as and when required.
