It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is aggrieved by non-payment of his salary and for the same he had preferred the present writ application.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8968 of 2011 (12) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 During the pendency of the present writ application, part of the arrears of salary has been paid to the petitioner. Now the limited grievance of the petitioner is regarding his remaining part of the arrears of salary, which is yet to be paid by the respondents. The petitioner is directed to prefer an application before the District Appellate Authority, Samastipur, for redressal of his grievance.

The petitioner shall file an application before the District Appellate Authority, Samastipur, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
