The petitioner seeks review of the order dated 08.11.2011 passed in CWJC No.10095 of 2010 by a Bench of this Court (Coram : Navin Sinha, J. as His Lordship then was), whereby the aforesaid writ petition filed on behalf of the present review-petitioner was disposed of in terms of the order dated 03.11.2011 passed in CWJC No.10441 of 2010 and its analogous cases. The petitioner, being aggrieved by the aforesaid order dated

Patna High Court C. REV. No.166 of 2014 (4) dt.15-01-2015 08.11.2011, preferred LPA No.57 of 2012, which was finally heard by a Division Bench of this Court and was disposed of by the order dated 13.02.2014. The order dated 13.02.2014 passed by the Division Bench is reproduced hereinbelow:- "Learned Advocate Md.Imteyaz Ahmad appears for the appellant. He seeks leave to withdraw the appeal.

Leave is granted.

Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn."

Since the order dated 08.11.2011 passed by the learned Single Judge was not interfered with by the Division Bench of this Court, hence, there is no question of reviewing the aforesaid order dated 08.11.2011 passed in CWJC No.10095 of 2010.
