Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has been arrested, therefore, this petition filed with a prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 244 of 2024, pending in the Court of 1st Exclusive Special Excise Court, Saran at Chapra, has become infructuous. As such, he seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, having become infructuous.
