Petitioner is an accused in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 331 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 399, 402, 414, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal history and he is in custody since 20.12.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of Sri Mahendra Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in
