JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-11-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 6.5.2019, passed by the learned Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Saharsa Sadar in Miscellaneous Case No. 458 of 2019 whereby and whereunder proceedings under Section 147 Cr.P.C. has been initiated, however, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be filing objection in the said Miscellaneous Case No. 458 of
Patna High Court CWJC No.11441 of 2021(2) dt.16-11-2022 2/2 2019, within a period of four weeks from today, whereupon the learned Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Saharsa Sadar be directed to finally decide the said case, by passing the final order, in accordance with law. It is directed accordingly. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
