The sole petitioner has prayed for grant of bail in Pasraha P.S.Case No.144 of 2018 registered for offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 of the Arms Act.
In this case, earlier by order dated 15.04.2019, case diary was called for, which has been received. Sri Parmeshwar Mehta, learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court that the deceased had herself committed suicide and the petitioner was made accused since there was land dispute in between the petitioner and his
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23900 of 2019(3) dt.12-06-2019 2/2 father. Accordingly, a prayer has been made for granting bail to the petitioner.
Besides hearing learned counsel for the parties, I have perused the material on record and also case diary and after going through the same, it is evident that the informant is none else but father of the petitioner, who after hearing sound of firing reached in the room, where he saw that the petitioner was having pistol in his hand.
Accordingly, I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of bail. The prayer for bail stands dismissed. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) nawalkrs/- U T
