JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 24-01-2018 After making submissions for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner made a simple prayer to permit him to withdraw the writ petition and grant liberty to approach the State Government for claiming compassionate allowance in accordance with the provisions of Section 46 of the Bihar Pension Rules, 1950.
We allow the petitioner to do so.
In case an application is filed by the petitioner seeking compassionate allowance in accordance with the rules, the same shall be considered and decision taken within a period of sixty days.
